Knowingwhat the case disease is is worthless, because you need the DDX's.Use this and compare, compare, compare ddx's, so you know what to absolutely include or exclude in every case. NPLEX is all about DDX's. I used this to study for NPLEX and it got me through the exam(at least the physical clinical dx part)Because NPLEX is such a small test.the study material made for it generally is horrible. You need to use that for some sections, but for clin/physical dx use this.

The book is in good shape, has a good brief review of the basics for step 2

I ended up going to a local store and buying another copy. It had been raining all day and it looked as if they had just thrown it out of the truck and kept going. It was NOT wrapped in plastic and as a result was all wrinkled and smeared on many of the pages. The content of this book is great. I will no longer order books from this website if that is how they are handled. This is a paperback book, and the delivery service left it laying in my front yard. However, the method in which is was delivered to me was far from acceptable. Not even close to the door, bu in the middle of the front yard.
